My bakery, "Sweet But Not So Sweet," was named during a brainstorming session with my fiancé. He came up with the name to reflect the perfect balance of sweetness in my gourmet brownies—they’re indulgent and delicious without being overly sweet. The name embodies my commitment to creating treats that are just right for every palate.
