What is the story behind your business' name?

Sweet Mother is a classic African song of a child's' tribute to their mothers' love and care. It's my mother's favorite song. She taught me how to cook. 101 - stands for October 1st. Which is my mother's birthday and Nigerian Independence day. It's also the nod to first learning how to cook from my mother.

This Nigerian fusion food truck is known for hearty rice bowls, warm pita wraps, and crispy loaded fries layered with vibrant spices and homemade sauces that turn every meal into comfort on the go.
