Sweet Nate's Coffee, a vibrant food trailer in Toledo, OH, was founded in 2021 by best friends Todd Matthews and John Jacob. Spotting a gap in the mobile coffee market, they partnered with local roaster Flying Rhino Coffee to create custom espresso and brewed coffee blends. Their experiment to bring high-quality coffee out of strip malls and onto the streets quickly proved successful.

In May 2023, Sweet Nate's Coffee expanded their offerings with an upgraded food trailer serving steamed breakfast bagel sandwiches, and the community response has been phenomenal.
