Ribs and Pork Butt was our specialty when we started competing. This was a funny (at least we thought so) twist on that. It just stuck.

From the Lord of Swine—pulled pork piled high with coleslaw, onions, and pickles—to the Motown Philly, a smoky brisket wrap loaded with cheese sauce and peppers, every bite is packed with slow-cooked goodness.
