Meet Sweet Treat bar
What is the story behind your business' name?

When I was a kid my mother bought me an easy bake oven and that’s where it all began. Since a young age I’ve had a passion for everything having to do with sweets and at the age of 7 I taught myself how to bake. I was baking for free for family and friends, and eventually after graduating high school I was decorating my own cookie cakes. I took home economics from middle school to high school and worked at Great American Cookie after graduation. There, I learned to keep hustling toward my dream on the side. I always dreamed of one day having my own business and throughout the years Sweet Treat Bar has grown a lot. I started out with a trailer, and as the trailer grew, I opened a kiosk at Arbor Place Mall. COVID hit and I had to leave, but with that came the opportunity to purchase a food truck and now, a storefront in the heart of Villa Rica. I looked at different locations but at the end of the day it kept leading me back here. I wanted to be involved and give back to a community that has given my family and I so much. I look forward to the growth and success of Sweet Treat Bar and my first storefront location.
