Pork Rib Tips Combo
Our rib tips are seasoned in our third generation dry rub and smoked low and slow for 4.5 hours. 1st Place Award Winner at 2019 Taste of Cincinnati and 2nd Place at 2022 Taste of Cincinnati.

Homemade macaroni and cheese topped with pulled pork or pulled chicken, coleslaw, and BBQ sauce. Vegetarian baked beans or pulled jackfruit can be used for vegetarian friendly meal option.
Spare Rib Combo
We use our 3rd generation dry rub on our baby back ribs and smoke them low and slow for 5 hours over hickory wood. BBQ sauce is always served on the side.
Pulled Pork Sandwich Combo
BBQ, smoked pulled pork served on a fresh brioche bun and choice of 2 sides.
Smoked Chicken Quarter Combo
Our smoked chicken quarters are smoked low & slow with a poultry dry rub and served with 2 sides.

Sliced Brisket Combo
We only use angus prime brisket and slow smoke it over cherry and hickory wood for 14 hours. We slice it to order and serve it on a fresh brioche bun, along with 2 sides.
