We use our 3rd generation dry rub on our baby back ribs and smoke them low and slow for 5 hours over hickory wood. BBQ sauce is always served on the side.
We only use angus prime brisket and slow smoke it over cherry and hickory wood for 12 hours. We slice it to order and serve it on a fresh brioche bun.
