What is the story behind your business' name?
The name is a playful nod to childhood, a reminder of the school bus we transformed into something new, and the honest emotions we all carry. Tantrums are messy, loud, and real—just like life can be. But beneath that, they’re also a cry for connection, comfort, and presence. That’s what our café is about. We didn’t just build a food truck—we created a space where people can slow down, share a moment, and feel part of something together. Even if it’s only for a sip of coffee or a bite of food, we hope it feels like a pause the world rarely gives us.
