You're getting a bevy of regional flavor with imported spices and recipes passed down through generations, including chorizo past of the Balcari region to sauteed chicken, shrimp, mushroom, crab and calamari in traditional garlic sauce. Or fill up on specialty bocatas, fritos, and revueltos made with freshly cracked eggs.
