Taste of the Caribbean Utah brings the rich, authentic flavors of the islands to the streets of Salt Lake City. Operated by the Falcher Family, a second-generation Jamaican-American family, this 40-foot converted school bus is a real tribute to Caribbean culture. From traditional dishes like jerk chicken and oxtail stew to creative offerings like mango salsa and sticky hibiscus glaze, the menu offers a blend of heritage and innovation. Each plate is crafted with care, showcasing the warmth and heart of island cooking.
