About Taste of Trelawny

Taste of Trelawny began with love for our country and love for our people. My late wife Sandra Richards was born and raised in Trelawny, Jamaica, where she learned how to cook authentic Jamaican cuisine. The business began as a catering opportunity then we purchased our first food truck. We have grown to two food trucks and brick and mortar restaurant located at 100 Randolph Road.
