Mains

Grilled Chicken

Boneless chicken thighs; yogurt and tomato paste marinade. Served with iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, pickled red cabbage, side of pita or lavash. Contains dairy.

Adana Kebab

Minced beef and lamb, red bell peppers, garlic, onion and blended Turkish spices. Served with iceberg lettuce, kebab salad (tomatoes, onions, parsley pomegranate molasses), side of pita or lavash. Contains onion, garlic.

Zucchini Patties

Two golden-fried zucchini patties. Served with iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, pickled red cabbage, tzatziki sauce, side of pita or lavash. Can be made vegan (hold tzatziki) or gluten free (sub GF bun or hold wrap).

Grilled Filet

Steak; garlic-thyme marinade. Served with Iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, garlic yogurt, side of pita or lavash. Contains garlic, dairy.

Grilled Lamb

Cubes of tender lamb grilled on the skewer. Served with mint, kebab salad and garlic yogurt, side of pita or lavash.

What is the story behind your business' name?

We went through several conversations about what to name the business. We originally planned on "Taste of Turkey" but some of our friends and family thought people might believe we were selling poultry. Thus, "Taste of Turkiye", because "Turkiye" is the native name of the country and "Taste" because we want people to have a taste of the culture when they eat our food.
