From healthcare compliance to pipefitting, their 20-year journey culminated in 2020 with the launch of TaterQue, where the star is the spud, each telling a unique Austin story. The "Alamo" boasts smoked brisket, BBQ baked beans, bacon, sour cream, cheese, and chives, crowned with hot or mild BBQ sauce. The "Two - 3" features ribs on a golden buttered spud with five-cheese macaroni, chives, honey butter, and BBQ sauce. The "Big Jack" is a hearty blend of brisket, sausage, and ribs on a golden spud, topped with chives and BBQ sauce.

Inspired by a lunchtime craving, TaterQue is not just about spuds; it's about embodying community spirit, mentorship, and giving back to Austin.
