Jeff Leslie spent years working as the vice president for a string of Mexican restaurants, and his keen insight into the industry made him notice something sorely lacking in the South Bend, IN food scene. While there were brick and mortar establishments galore, mobile Mexican cuisine was all but absent. Where were all the taco trucks? With this in mind, Tattoo Taco was born.
