Team Carolina Food Truck is the result of Michael & Terri Faulkner, who were both born and raised in the Carolinas and could never quite shake that BBQ addiction. No really. They've both been cookin' it for 25 years, perfecting their pitmaster form. What started as a small pull-behind trailer in 2016 soon grew to be a full blown business, with two commercial smokers that smoke up those premium meats on the streets. From pulled pork and brisket to fall off the bone ribs, get 'em all on a platter with homemade sides or on a sammie to curb your hunger on the curb. Really, there are no wrong choices here.
