About Temperley's British Eatery

Essex natives Jeff and Stacey Temperley give Panama City, FL a little taste of Britain. The pair started out in a local farmers markets, selling a Cornish meat dish known as the pasty. They were met with incredible enthusiasm from patrons and fellow farmers, even selling out completely at their very first market. The Temperleys have since expanded beyond the pasty with Temperley’s British Eatery, a food truck dishing up an array of British cuisine for residents of the Sunshine State. If you stop by Temperley’s, you’ve gotta try the dish that started it all. Pasties have a long, rich history dating back to the 12th century when miners carried these savory meat pies underground to enjoy a quick and nourishing meal midday. The Temperleys offer traditional pasties, full of meat and veggies, but also create some unique twists on the Cornish cuisine. A pasty stuffed with peppered steak or spinach and feta? Yes, please. In addition to pasties, the truck dishes up a variety of pub burgers plus classic British dishes like fish and chips and bangers and mash.
