Chimney Cake (Sundae Style)
Traditional Hungarian pastries dating back to the 15th century. Commonly sold on the street corners of Budapest (like hot dogs sold on street corners on NY). These are made from a sweet donut/churro like dough, rolled on a wooden cone spit & fire baked on our Hungarian rotisserie chimney cake grill in about 4mins. End result delivers a soft inner cone with a caramelized sugar outer layer, finished with a vanilla sugar dusting. Always a fan favorite in the traditional form, or guests can add inner spreads of Nutella &/or Strawberry preserve, and even make it a sundae style with a generous scoop of premium ice-cream on top, then add preferred toppings of Ghirardelli chocolate or caramel drizzle, whip cream, and of course, sprinkles.

Large serving of Premium Ice-Cream in a cup with an fresh espresso shot. Can also add Ghirardelli chocolate/caramel drizzle and/or whip cream. YUM!

These traditional Hungarian pastries (Kurtoskalacs aka Kurtos) have been around for over 500yrs...they are called various names around the globe, and in the states they are known mostly as Chimney Cakes. Being located in Texas, we are known as Texas Chimney Cakes.
