Served on a corn or flour tortilla. Nopales (cactus), Calabaza (squash), Ginger, Tri-Color Bell Peppers, Garlic, Brussel Sprouts & Shredded Carrots. Veggies are sautéed separately so no cross-cross-contaimination. V-VE-GF. Served in a Ecco-friendly vessel.
