This Angus burger is my pride and joy! All fresh and special cuts of beef from the butcher to make sure they DON'T shrink on the grill. We mix our spices in and hand pat them. NEVER FROZEN burgers here. This come with choice of Pepper jack, American, Blue Cheese or Cheddar, Let, Tom, Pick, Fried Onion/Raw onion and our hand cut fries, that are cut on the truck.

About THAT Kitchen

THAT Kitchen food trailer is a testament to a love of family, community, and food. Founder, Gina, created THAT Kitchen after losing her youngest son, Dylan, tragically in 2022, vowing to honor his legacy by continuing to support young athletes, just as he did. Through her nonprofit, she sends kids to high schools on full ride scholarships, using proceeds from her food trailer to fund their education and athletic dreams.

The menu at THAT Kitchen is packed with flavorful favorites like prime rib egg rolls, shrimp & crab egg rolls, and a variety of empanadas. Seafood lovers can enjoy a hearty seafood basket, while BBQ aficionados can savor authentic N.C. BBQ. For classic comfort, there are crispy chicken tenders and juicy Angus burgers. Every dish is made with care, reflecting the same passion and dedication that drives the mission behind the trailer.
