What is the story behind your business' name?
I am a veteran of the US Air Force. I was an aerospace engineer for the F-15 Eagle and love our militaries aircraft. So I wanted to start a food truck using names from all branches of the military to call items on the menu. Well I felt that calling the business The Airstrip Grill was the only way to go. After all you find aircraft at the airstrip.
