Founded in May 2024 in Albuquerque, The Brain Freezer is the dream-turned-reality of a lifelong ice cream lover. After years of planning and three kids later, a custom-built trailer and a search for the best premium ice cream led to a supplier in Madison, WI—one taste, and it was a done deal! Now serving 22 rotating flavors, including dairy-free, no-sugar-added, and Italian ice options, The Brain Freezer offers everything from fun, unique flavors like Exhausted Parent and Fat Elvis to classics like Vanilla Bean, Rocky Road, and Zanzibar Chocolate. Available in bowls, pints, waffle cones, dipped cones, and waffle bowls with a variety of toppings, there’s something for every ice cream lover—rain, snow, or shine. This full-time passion project is just getting started, and the best is yet to come!
