What is the story behind your business' name?

The Cheezy Truck represents the "love" of grilled cheese. Nothing says home like an amazing, cheezy grilled cheese sandwich.

Why did you decide to start your business?

Eric & Laura Ann Hart entered the restaurant world about 10 years ago with their first brick & mortar location in Kennesaw Georgia. With the changing landscape in the restauarnt industry since Covid, the Harts decided to close their restaurant and focus on their passion and love of food by bringing amazing "Gourmet Street Eats" directly to the public with their food trucks & catering services. In January of 2022 the Harts converted their restaurant space to a full service catering kitchen so they could expand their menu offerings. By the end of 2022 The Cheezy Truck, Gaston Street Eats Food Truck and the Catering Division of Gaston Street Eats fed over 50,000 people and serviced 567 private and public events.
