Keith and Sara first met in 2009 at a college orientation for culinary school. They hit it off pretty much instantly, sharing a passion for simple food made with high-quality ingredients. The pair spent years living in different places throughout the country honing their cooking skills before settling down in Philadelphia, PA. In 2017, they married, a wedding catered by a team of food trucks. It’s only natural that, when the couple went into business together, they opted to open up a truck of their own. Now, you can catch Keith and Sara rolling across the City of Brotherly Love in The Clean Plate Club.
The menu sticks to classic foods made with fresh, locally-sourced products to ensure the best possible taste. They cook the food according to classic techniques and offer up a rotating menu packed with seasonal fare. You never know what you’re going to find when you swing by The Clean Plate. You may find a braised beef brisket taco with lime crema and chipotle salsa one day and a plate of sriracha honey shrimp the next. No matter what Kieth and Sara are whipping up, however, it’ll be drool-worthy. So, if you happen upon this truck popping up near you, don’t hesitate to grab a plate. Or, bring ‘em straight to you by booking ‘em for your next event. You can custom create a gourmet spread of delectable eats for you and your guests.
