What is the story behind your business' name?

The café is focused on being a hub for the food industry beyond a commercial space. We are acting as an incubator/distribution channel to increase your food footprint. As a distribution service, we are able to sell direct to consumer or corporate account; we can deliver and service your customers for pick-ups of private/large orders, and we act as a marketing channel for you to gain more traction. All communities/events will be given 1 hour to set up, 2/3 hours of event time, and 1 hour to break down, unless otherwise requested. If your time block is set for more than 4 hours please add the additional hours to the beginning and end of your time block.
