After Devin Schaedig bounced around Asia in the Marine Corps, he decided to take his culinary degree and invest in the Asian food he’d grown to love. Together with his wife Ashely, they own and operate The Dig’s, an Asian fusion trailer serving Northern Michigan. They’ve got all the pan-Asian heavy hitters on the menu at the Dig’s, so bring your nostalgia and chow down. In the mood for Chinese? Orange chicken and potstickers are on offer.
