I chose to build this venture so that I could have direct control over everything we serve—from sourcing the finest organic concentrates and artisan ingredients that operates seamlessly at high-profile events. There is a deep pride in knowing that every swirled mango slushie, custom dirty soda, and premium refresher represents an uncompromised commitment to flavor, aesthetics, and service. But beyond the menu, this journey has allowed me to master the entire blueprint of what it takes to drive a local business. My Favorite event was our first one. we were testing out our idea and it blew up! we had a line of guests that we were not expecting and ran out of a lot of our base ingredients way earlier than we expected.
