All his sauces, rubs and seasonings are made from scratch and whatever they cannot make themselves, they source from the finest local businesses. From the hickory smoked pulled pork sandwiches to the pulled pork tacos with corn salsa, to the fried chicken poutine, everything on the menu is crafted with the highest quality ingredients and care.
