What is the story behind your business' name?
I relocated back to Ohio in 2012 and started my baking business. I was at festivals and realized there wasn't much offered that I could eat that would make me feel bad in the heat. So I bought my first trailer that was a tiny "Hut". After a few years I outgrew it and focused on large events in a 20x20 canopy. The journey landed me a contract at the IX Center in Cleveland in 2022. I spent a season there and decided I really wanted to be more local. The Truck was built and the business rebranded into The Eccentric Panda. Now we are taking on Northeast Ohio by storm.
