This is a food truck that's out to spice up your day with all authentic Mexican cuisine to get your tastebuds dancin' la salsa, along with other quality eats on the streets to curb your hunger on the curb. At The Fiesta Wagon, the "taco" the town is their tacos. Keep it simple with their street taco on a corn tortilla with your choice of meat topped with diced onions and cilantro, or up it to crazy goodness with their taco loco loaded with ingredients including cheese, jalapenos and tomatoes in their signature spicy sauce. But that's not all. The Fiesta Wagon has a full bodied menu built to satisfy, so you'll also get Philly sandwiches, burgers, funnel cakes and even fried oreos.
