WE WANTED TO HAVE AN INERCHANGEABLE MENU BASED ON THE EVENT WE WERE CATERING SO INSTEAD OF TYING US DOWN TO A BURGER TRUCK OR A MEXICAN FOOD TRUCK, WE WENT WITH THE FOOD DOOD. IT SEEMED UNIVERSAL AND IN SO CAL WE CALL EACH OTHER "DUDES" SO IT SEEMED LIKE A NO BRAINER.
