What is the story behind your business' name?

The FreshTruck is named because our meat entrees and cold vegetable sides are prepared from scratch and by hand by our teammates. This includes hand-breaded coconut chicken tenders and hand-pressed and seasoned angus burgers. As well as the freshly-diced veggies that go into our TCO (tomato, cucumber, onion), ECT (edamame, corn, tomato) and other items.
