What is the story behind your business' name?

A father and son duo from the Bronx, New York, decided to turn their passion for cooking and food into a business. They opened a pop-up tent, serving their famous chicken and waffle gourmet sandwiches, which quickly gained popularity and led to the expansion of their operation into a full-fledged food trailer. The menu at the trailer showcased their creative flair and love for bold flavors, with a focus on quality ingredients and made-to-order dishes. The father and son team, with their combined years of experience in the food industry, dedicated themselves to providing their customers with a truly unique and unforgettable dining experience, and their food trailer quickly became a staple in the Bronx's thriving food scene
