The Fritter Shop in London, ON started its first food truck in 2023 after decades of bakery-owning in the area. It's been family-owned and operated since Day 1.

This sugary shop was started by the son of The Dutch Bakery's owners. Now his bakery and his folks bakery are one giant enterprise under one name…The Fritter Shop. The dad started making apple fritters (a Dutch tradition) for New Year's Eve and they flew off the shelves. Years later, the son, Kelvin, took that idea and ran with it. Now they're serving their fine fritters in a variety of extremely appetizing flavors. Bring 'em in to cater desserts at your most delectable events.
