What is the story behind your business' name?
I started with a food cart and a friend asked me on day, you wanna start a food truck. So here I am 10 years later. We found a good truck that ran good and the equipment was in working condition. The previous owners marketed the truck and food really well. I took over their schedules and their menu. I still do some of the events they did and added a lot more, we specialize in smoked meats and we make gourmet sandwiches, salads, wraps, nachos and what ever people want. We do small and big events.
