The Gourmet Kitchen has its humble beginnings, as so many do, in serving from stalls at Irish Village Markets around Dublin. These delicious BBQ-style meaty sandwiches quickly gained fans, and now you'll see their powder-blue food truck, once an ambulance, dishing out great eats.
The menu consists of Irish beef (28 day dry aged sirloin), pork, and chicken sandwiches on toasted ciabatta rolls, all sourced as locally as possible. The menu can also change with the seasons, since this truck works with the freshest ingredients available.
