The Grazing Buffalo all started when a group of friends took a trip to South Dakota and fell in love with a lone buffalo they dubbed Harold. When they decided to get into the food truck game, it was obvious their hoofed companion would be the face of their trailer. Now, The Grazing Buffalo is rolling through Fayetteville, NC serving up some truly unique meats you won’t find elsewhere.
The chefs here aren’t selling your average beef and chicken. Instead, they offer a menu full of German-style brats made with everything from wild boar to buffalo. Every try rattlesnake?
