When Adam & Clay, two LSU alums, moved to New York in 2014, they decided to start serving up Cajun favorites in Madison Square Park. Two years later, they were rocking a brand new shop in Brooklyn, and found themselves serving gumbo, po boys, and cold beer to people from all throughout the boroughs.
