When Adam & Clay, two LSU alums, moved to New York in 2014, they decided to start serving up Cajun favorites in Madison Square Park. Two years later, they were rocking a brand new shop in Brooklyn, and found themselves serving gumbo, po boys, and cold beer to people from all throughout the boroughs.
Gumbo and Po Boys are the stars of the show here, so if you leave without any, you’ve made some terrible decisions. Grab any of their gumbos, full of goodies like shrimp, blue crab, or andouille sausage, or any of their Po Boys, packed with treats like fried catfish, roast beef, and fried shrimp, pair ‘em with tasty sides like Cajun potato salad, homemade boudin balls, or red beans & rice and baby, you’ve got a stew going. So why wait? Hit up The Gumbo Bros in Brooklyn, or book them to cater your next event.
