What is the story behind your business' name?

well, I have been in management and food service my whole life learning whatever I could to better myself and the companies i worked for, but the time came where I wasnt happy doing everything for everyone else and having nothing of my own so i decided to risk it all and quit my job and get my own business started. I never thought in my wildest dreams that it would take off as fast as it did! within less than a year i went from making zucchini bread out of my house to pushing a cart around the bars on the weekends to actually building my own Food Truck.
