Any true Californian knows that the heart of Cali lies in really good Mexican food. At least, that's what we think here at Roaming Hunger. And we also think this is one food truck you gotta try. The Heart of Cali is bringing Fresno just that: the best Mexican food to satisfy your hunger and your penchant for good taste. Coming from a long legacy of head chefs and bakers, this team works hard to share their passion for food and freedom with you. The mission of The Heart of Cali is to leave every guest happy and full, with a full bodied menu built to satisfy. Craving a big ol' burrito? The Heart of Cali's got one that's no joke, a whopping 13.5 inch tortilla stuffed to the brim with your choice of meat, rice, beans, cheese, guacamole and honestly too much to list out here. It ends up being the size of a forearm, so we'd recommend cutting it in half to share. But that's not all. The menu offers a whole lot of jumbo sized eats, including a taco platter with corn tortillas, a 12 inch tortilla stuffed with a whole lot of cheese for quesadillas, and a veritable mountain of crisp tortilla chips loaded with nacho cheese, refried beans and meat.
