The Hen and The Hog

What began as a husband-and-wife dream became The Hen and The Hog, a food trailer serving Woodridge, NJ with chef-driven comfort food and event catering. After spending more than a decade in the restaurant industry, Eric and Angela set out to build something of their own, combining formal culinary training, years of kitchen experience, and a passion for creating memorable meals. Inspired by Eric's years working pig roasts and catered events alongside his uncle, the concept blends craftsmanship, creativity, and a genuine love of feeding people.

The menu showcases New American cuisine with influences from a variety of culinary traditions.
