What is the story behind your business' name?

we started as a supper club and expanded our concept with a food truck and a central kitchen, maintaining the name, products and original concept.

Where did you learn to cook?

As Italians, we grow up surrounded by food, family, and tradition—it’s in our DNA. Cooking isn’t something we learn at a specific moment; it’s something that naturally becomes part of our lives from a young age. Whether it's helping our nonna in the kitchen or watching our parents prepare Sunday lunch, the passion for cooking is passed down through generations. So really, I've been learning to cook my whole life—it’s part of who we are.

Why did you decide to start your business?

It all started almost as a joke—just inviting friends over to our house for a good meal and a good time. Then those friends brought more friends, even strangers started showing up, and before we knew it, the demand kept growing. At the same time, so did our interest and passion for it. What began as something casual and fun naturally evolved into a real business—one built on genuine hospitality, great food, and the joy of bringing people together.

What's your favorite event that you've catered for?

Alserkal Avenue was definitely our favorite event to cater for. It was also one of the most challenging—but in the best way possible. The atmosphere, the crowd, and the energy were incredible. It gave us tremendous exposure, amazing feedback, and even brought us loyal, returning customers. It really pushed us to give our best, and we loved every minute of it.

What began as a Supper Club in 2018 has now rolled into a full-fledged mobile kitchen, where cherished recipes from Nonna’s table meet contemporary flair under the direction of Chef Nicola. From intimate gatherings to high-profile events, this truck brings years of hospitality experience and authentic flavors to every plate.
