What is the story behind your business' name?

The Jar Bar DFW was born and named from my new found love for cooking, and my need to share that skill with very greedy friends. One day we had no to go boxes for said friends (or Tupperware) but I did have mason jars; and like a light bulb turning on, an idea was born.
