The Jerk Truck brings the fiery flavor of the Caribbean to Greenville, North Carolina with Chef Lenny Gordon’s signature Jamaican street food. What began under a tent at local festivals in 2014 has grown into a full-fledged food trailer serving authentic jerk dishes packed with spice, smoke, and heart. With training from Johnson & Wales University and a passion for island-style cooking, Chef Lenny has turned his love of flavor into a community favorite across Eastern NC.

The menu is filled with Caribbean comfort food that hits all the right notes, from Jerk Chicken and Curry Chicken to fall-off-the-bone Oxtails and Dirty Fries piled high with jerk chicken, queso banco, and Jammin Wing Sauce. Tacos and shrimp plates bring fresh, spicy twists to traditional favorites, while the Yaad Plate offers a little bit of everything for those who want to taste it all.
