Peruvian style barbecue chicken served with french fries

Deep fried chicken wings with a variety of Peruvian inspired sauces! Guava (tropical fruit and herbs), chaufa (sweet and salty soy glaze), and aji (slightly spicy peruvian pepper sauce). Served with french fries.

Salchipapas

Deep fried hot dogs and french fries, great with drinks or for kids! We recommend smothering them with ketchup, mustard, mayo, and our house made pepper sauces.

Quinoa Salad

Toasted quinoa, roasted corn, shredded romaine, radish, and red cabbage all tossed in our homemade roasted red pepper and lime dressing.

Braised then fried pork belly, served on a french roll with mushroom and pepper puree, and salsa criolla (marinaded onion sauce.)
