What is the story behind your business' name?

I was born in Seoul Korea to a Korean mother and a Puerto Rican/Italian father. Growing up in America, my brother and I were almost outcasted by the other Korean kids because we weren't the same as them. Because of this, when I was growing up I always felt like I didn't know where I belonged...like I was lost. When I started cooking I wanted to bring all of the wonderful flavors together that I grew up with. So, I decided to move away from the traditional style of Korean food and throw together my own mixture including flavors from all over the world....and thus, The Lost Seoul was born
