What started as a hobby during the pandemic, making delicious coffee for friends and family, quickly turned into a thriving business. After catering a large youth event for their church and a wedding, the idea for The Louisiana Bean was solidified. Initially a rolling coffee cart serving schools, businesses, and craft events, the couple soon upgraded to a renovated bread truck that now rolls through Lafayette, offering amazing coffee with a local twist.

The Louisiana Bean's menu features signature drinks named after historical places in the area, adding a touch of local flair to every cup. Their popular offerings include the Atchafalaya, a mini chocolate swirl delight; the Magnolia, a blend of white chocolate, coconut, and vanilla; and the French Quarter, a sophisticated mix of lavender and vanilla. For those looking for something with a kick, the Spicy Cajun combines cinnamon, Irish cream, and caramel, while the Teche features a harmonious blend of cinnamon, honey, and vanilla.
