The Meatless Mexican

The Meatless Mexican is a St. Petersburg, FL food trailer built on a lifelong commitment to plant based living and a deep respect for authentic Mexican cooking. The founder first chose a meat free lifestyle at age ten and later embraced a fully plant based approach after a health wake up call in 2018. Together with partner Jodie, the team set out to recreate traditional Mexican dishes using 100% plant based ingredients while staying true to the flavors people know and love.

The menu highlights classic street favorites with creative plant based proteins, including tacos filled with El Pastor seitan, Carne Asada soy curls, and Classic Street seasoned TVP. Burritos follow the same approach with hearty options like the El Pastor Burrito, the Birria Burrito with slow simmered soy curls, and the Fajita Burrito with caramelized onions and peppers. Each dish delivers familiar Mexican comfort with a thoughtful meatless twist.
