I have always incorporated my name into my restaurant/business names. I used to own a food truck then a brick n mortar in the SF Bay Area called "Slice of Italeigh"

Traditional Philly cheesesteaks in the deserts of Arizona? Um, yes please, sign us up! The Philleigh Truck, owned by chef Leigh (get it?) is servin' up a satiating array of authentic Philly cheesesteaks, super loaded and fantastically flavored French fries, and lots and lots of small bites.

Every item is handcrafted, made-from-scratch, and definitely scratching an itch we have for good, meaty subs! Their 10-inch “philleighs” are built on a freshly baked amoroso rolls and topped with thin-sliced ribeye or strip loin and your choice of grilled onions, provolone cheese, and even Cheez Wiz. Since 2018 they've been providing packed and charming cheesesteaks to birthdays, corporate events, weddings, and food-focused celebrations all over the place.
