The Pig & I porchetta, to-go. Will serve minimum 30 people. Can be hot, or chilled to roast at home. Must be pre-ordered through email.

What is the story behind your business' name?

Back in 2010, as food trucks started to really grow, I had a dream to open my own. I thought about my favorite things to cook for people and why. One of the reasons I chose pig is because it has the highest yield of meat per animal, making it very sustainable. From there I honestly just thought of a funny name assuming it would be my dog and I running the show…and voila, The Pig & I was born.
