Truck-Side Service

Truck-side service is where guests order and pickup their individual pizzas at the truck like a traditional food truck experience. Not recommended for groups larger than 100.

Buffet Service

Guests serve themselves from the pizza counter and are able to select from a variety of pizzas. Buffet service can help lines move a little quicker and can be good for groups of 75 or more.

About The Pizza Bus

The Pizza Bus is firing up the hottest wood fired pizzas in Utah. But it wasn't always this way. In fact, this pizzeria-on-wheels put the founder of this fantastic food truck through the fire in a way. But, fueled by the fire of his passion to work in the food industry and fueled by an actual hand built brick pizza oven, the pizza that they're putting through the fire comes out in forms that can only be described as pizza perfection. This isn't your regular old pizza, or even your regular old food truck for that matter. The Pizza Bus started out as a food trailer, then transformed into a gutted out school bus. From there, a custom built 7 foot oven was installed by hand to accommodate the hand tossed dough every pizza starts with. From there, a bevy of fresh ingredients are added to customize every pizza, with classics such as cheese, pepperoni and meat lovers. So what are you waiting for?
