Montgomery County Pizza Catering Our catering business was born out of years of restaurant, culinary and food service experience all culminating into a unique food truck concept. The idea of the Pizza Wagon evolved from our original idea to have a wood-burning oven in our backyard. Pizza had become a passion for our family– experimenting with different flavors, tastes and ingredients – and refining the perfect recipe for our dough.
